  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of account marketing or industry marketing experience
  • Experience working with large and complex enterprise accounts
  • Experience with strategic 1:1 or 1:few account based marketing
  • Experience working with cloud partners (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Highly results-driven with strong analytical capabilities
  • Incredible written and oral communication skills
  • Experience working cross functionally with sales and marketing teams
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Salesforce
  • Familiarity with Marketing Automation and Data systems
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities
  • Establishing a robust marketing plan for each assigned account
  • Understanding specific challenges and key personas in the organization
  • Developing programs and campaigns based on MongoDB use cases
  • Ensuring consistency of company priorities through brand strategy
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams for marketing materials
  • Communicating and educating the sales team on marketing activities
  • Tracking performance and ROI of marketing activities
  • Working closely with xDR teams for marketing leads follow-up
