  • Experience working with game engines such as Unity, Unreal, or something similar

  • Build a high quality Unity editor experience that empowers creators of any skill level to publish content to Rec Room on all platforms (mobile, console, VR, PC)
  • Design infrastructure to create, load, and run content across all platforms
  • Build in-game features to make playing or editing rooms friction-free and efficient
  • Help define and prioritize work for a small team of designers, engineers, and QA
  • Drive projects in tight iterations, collaborating across teams and disciplines

  • Worked on content creation pipelines or developer tooling, especially if in Unity
  • Built a game end-to-end
  • Created a robust 2D or 3D user interface backed by asynchronous data
  • Optimized 3D game content, especially if cross-platform (mobile, console, VR, PC)
  • Worked on a live, online service
