Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, change management, sales operations, sales management, management consulting and/or sales excellence role in another technology company
  • Expertise in project management tools and process, change management process and implementation, and collaborative knowledge sharing tools (e.g., Confluence)
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cross functionally and at all levels, including senior leadership, to define requirements, develop and manage project plans, communicate progress and issues, facilitate resolutions, create and implement change management process, and successfully drive multiple initiatives to completion on time and by overcoming roadblocks
  • Very good understanding of sales cycle, sales process management and relevant KPIs
  • Sales operations, project management, and change management experience in a fast-growing SaaS enterprise company
  • Works effectively in an unstructured environment requiring new perspectives and creative approaches, and with multiple competing deadlines; can adapt quickly to changes and possesses strong work ethic
  • Always focused on doing what's right for the business; high energy and contagious enthusiasm; willing to take on the tough projects and challenges to support growth of the business
  • Ability to be highly productive with minimal oversight from senior leadership

Responsibilities
  • Support program design, project pipeline, and prioritization processes
  • Establish scalable process with leadership globally
  • Ensure alignment of projects, resources, and priorities to GTM objectives
  • Liaise with IT to coordinate business roadmaps
  • Day-to-day management of projects and governance
  • Create and execute program communication plans and change management best practices
  • Manage cross-functional and cross-geo collaboration
  • Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, and resistance management
  • Drive cross-functional transformations and changes for processes, systems, organizations, and integrations
  • Operationalize strategic plans by designing and documenting end-to-end workflows in collaboration with impacted business partners, IT, and product teams
  • Build partnerships with key stakeholders to lead them through impact analysis, user acceptance testing, and adoption of changes required to deliver business value
  • Serve as a business process and systems subject matter expert for internal and customer facing issues
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design the most effective ways to communicate policies, processes, and procedures to our Sales teams
  • Create, update, and maintain the accuracy of content in our Sales knowledge management portal
  • Support the continuous improvement of content design and organization to improve the usability of our content portals
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in an analytical field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, etc.) is preferred; MBA is a plus
