Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT business analysis, digital solutions engineering, or product/platform ownership is required, including at least 1 year focused on artificial intelligence/machine learning systems or digital transformation.
  • Experience with artificial intelligence tools and platforms such as Copilot, Claude, Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, Miro, Qualtrics, or cloud artificial intelligence services is required.
  • Advanced proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design, and technical documentation is required.
  • Experience designing, implementing, and supporting digital solutions for diverse user groups is required.
  • Experience developing and delivering training and enablement programs for technology adoption is required.
  • Proficiency in monitoring system or platform performance, troubleshooting incidents, and implementing improvements is required.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, MLOps, or continuous integration and continuous delivery principles as applied to artificial intelligence systems and digital platforms is required.
  • The candidate must be able to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams.
  • The candidate must be flexible to work outside regular hours as needed.
  • The candidate must be authorized to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
  • Lead requirements gathering, solutioning, stakeholder engagement, and alignment for artificial intelligence initiatives.
  • Engage with staff, faculty, and students to understand needs, demonstrate artificial intelligence tools, facilitate solutions, and drive adoption.
  • Help drive and execute the lifecycle of artificial intelligence platforms and digital solutions, including roadmaps, enhancements, user support, and change management.
  • Ensure platforms meet evolving university needs.
  • Plan, configure, and deploy artificial-intelligence-enabled solutions independently and with other artificial intelligence and digital solutions team members.
  • Document solutions and support users for effective adoption.
  • Develop and deliver training, documentation, and enablement programs to support artificial intelligence activation and diffusion across the university.
  • Monitor usage, collect feedback, research new tools and trends, and drive ongoing improvements to artificial intelligence programs and platforms.
  • Monitor system health, respond to alerts, troubleshoot performance issues, implement emergency fixes, diagnose and resolve artificial intelligence system and platform incidents, prioritize issues based on business impact, and coordinate with technical teams to restore service.
  • Support knowledge management, documentation updates, user training, data preparation, and special projects related to artificial intelligence system improvements as required.
Desired Qualifications
  • Technical certifications in relevant areas, such as cloud platforms, business analysis, artificial intelligence/machine learning, or digital solutions, are preferred.
