Legal Counsel

A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Work with company stakeholders managing claims and litigation.

• Identify and advise the company regarding legal risk arising from the activities of the organization.

• Provide advice and guidance to the President and other management concerning regulatory compliance, policies, practices, procedures, and contractual terms and conditions on such matters.

• Prepares legal and corporate documents by drafting contracts and agreements on behalf of the corporation, communicating with outside counsel as necessary.

• Oversee implementation of company standards regarding organizational activity.

• Manage legal department administrative staff and the activities of such, to ensure department objectives are met.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Juris Doctorate.

• Admission to the Minnesota Bar.

• Minimum 4-6 years total experience.
