Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience is accepted.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the designated OEM point of contact for day-to-day account management related to certified networks and projects.
  • Develop and execute service strategies aligned to client goals and measurable outcomes.
  • Drive customer retention, satisfaction, and adoption of CCC products and services.
  • Partner with the OEM Account Director and Manager to identify and support expansion and upsell opportunities.
  • Educate internal teams on new OEM Certified Repair Network objectives and projects.
  • Receive OEM issues, conduct research to clarify and resolve them, and communicate resolutions to the customer support team for ongoing education and improved customer support.
  • Oversee Certified Repair Network shop agreements and proactively manage upcoming renewals.
  • Develop and maintain executive-ready reporting highlighting progress, value realization, and return on investment.
  • Partner with Product and Technology teams to advocate for client needs and provide input on enhancements, roadmap priorities, and workflow improvements.
  • Facilitate executive-level meetings, workflow reviews, and regular status updates.
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for internal teams.
  • Support new program rollouts and launches with Product and other cross-functional teams.
  • Communicate with OEM dealers and field representatives regarding network updates and initiatives.

CCC Intelligent Solutions Holdings Inc. reported second quarter 2026 revenue of $285.9 million, a 10% increase from $260.5 million in the same period last year. The insurance technology company achieved an adjusted EBITDA margin of approximately 40%. Chairman and CEO Githesh Ramamurthy highlighted growing customer adoption of AI across the company's platform. He noted that customers are deploying AI operationally to address business challenges, reinforcing the value of CCC's data and workflow capabilities. GAAP net income reached $20.8 million, up from $13.0 million year-over-year. Adjusted EBITDA grew 6.8% to $115.5 million from $108.1 million in Q2 2025. The company maintained a 74% gross margin whilst expanding its role connecting participants across the insurance economy.
