  • Proven Execution: 3-5 years of experience in B2B Demand Generation/Field Marketing, with a deep understanding of how to execute complex, multi-channel campaigns promoting enterprise technology to complex technical and business buying committees.

Responsibilities
  • Translate the global demand generation framework into a high-impact North American-focused regional plan, ensuring that events, webinars, and account-based experiences function as localized growth engines.
  • Vertical ABX Orchestration: Lead the field marketing efforts for North America by developing executive events and industry-specific programs focused on manufacturing, supply chain, and other prioritized ICP account segments.
  • Partner GTM Support: Execute "to/through/with" partner marketing activities in alignment with our global partner marketing framework.
  • Sales & BDR Synergy: Partner closely with Sales Development and Field Sales to optimize the local lead management process, conversion, and attribution models established by GTM leadership.
  • Data-Driven Feedback Loop: Work with RevOps to report on NA specific funnel metrics and performance dashboards, providing leadership with the data-driven rigor needed to optimize strategies and results.
