Responsibilities
  • Leading & supervising our training organization to deliver training that meet the needs of today’s manufacturing employee and business climate.
  • Collaborating with other 3M resources and locations & researching alternative training methodologies that will deliver more effective and efficient training for all of our team members at all levels of our 24 X7 manufacturing site.
  • Managing a redesign of our training processes, procedures, manuals and materials.
  • Executing training strategies
  • Lead our training coordinator team and drive a full redesign of our site training processes, procedures, manuals, training materials, e-modules, measures of effectiveness' and training platform to improve onboarding, provide effective training more efficiently, and provide training that meets the needs of today's manufacturing employee and business climate.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) in an Education or Organizational Development field.
  • Three (3) years in experience in an education, training or organizational development role in a private, public, government or military environment
  • TWI Trainer certification & Dozuki experience.
  • Effective Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)
  • Coaching and Mentoring Expertise
