  • 7+ years of experience building impactful products at scale
  • Strong front-end and back-end experience coupled with anything it takes to solve problems and delight users both internally and externally
  • Commitment to high-quality code that is tested thoroughly, supported by clear documentation, and has appropriate production observability

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical, operational, and business requirements for our platform
  • Design and build end-to-end experiences for the Venteur platform, focusing on usability, scalability, and performance
  • Architect efficient and scalable systems to meet customer demand and enhance user experiences
  • Work closely with designers, engineers, operations, and customers to understand requirements and deliver solutions that exceed expectations
  • Continuously analyze and improve the efficiency, scalability, and stability of our systems
  • Contribute to recruiting efforts and messaging; lead and mentor new hires and other engineers

Venteur helps employers offer Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements (ICHRA) by acting as a health insurance administrator. The platform lets employers set up and manage ICHRA contributions, integrating with payroll so funds are paid tax-free to employees for purchasing their own health plans. Employees receive a guided experience to compare and select plans that fit their needs and budget.
