- Develop and optimize the internal spare-parts supply chain for stations, including assortment, suppliers, warehousing, minimum stock levels, distribution logic, and supply of local Maintenance and Repair teams.
- Define and standardize procurement processes, policies, and approval workflows, and implement them in the new system.
- Own supplier selection, evaluation, and development, as well as contract and commercial-terms management.
- Lead negotiations for strategically important commodity groups and achieve measurable savings.
- Work closely with Finance, Fleet, Operations, Legal, and Information Technology, representing the procurement perspective in cross-functional projects.
- Advance the use of artificial intelligence and automation in procurement, such as n8n workflows and AI-supported analyses, to improve efficiency and reduce routine work for the team.
- Establish procurement key performance indicators and manage procurement based on data, including savings, delivery reliability, and process cycle times.
- Experience building or operating a supply chain or spare-parts/material supply, including assortment, warehousing, inventory control, and distribution, is a clear advantage.
