Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field preferred
  • A combination of relevant experience and education will be considered
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel experience a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Schedule: 1st shift
  • Physical Requirements: Role requires walking approximately 6 miles per day within a manufacturing facility
  • Occasional lifting, stooping, and bending required
Responsibilities
  • Perform cycle counts on the production floor to verify and maintain accurate inventory levels
  • Research and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Adjust and correct inventory records and material allocations in SAP
  • Audit warehouse locations to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Support Kanban processes through timely pickup and drop-off of materials
  • Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to identify and address root causes of inventory variances
  • All other duties as assigned
