(TSX: CSU), has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire TECVIA Group GmbH, one of the leading pan European content and software provider for driving-education and professional driver training. With this transaction, Harris expands into a new vertical - driver education and professional driver training - broadening its portfolio across Europe and continuing its strategy of investing in specialized, mission-critical software businesses. The transaction marks the transition of TECVIA from private equity ownership to a long-term home within Harris.
