JD: 

This needs to be an extremely strong candidate. 
This position is a senior hands-on, technical Lead position. 
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in User Experience, Usability Engineering, UX Design and Development,Information Architecture and Wireframing. 
The candidate will also possess excellent communication and presentation skills that are required for socializing technical concepts and building consensus.

Required Skills and Experience: 
·         Usability Studies 
·         Information Architecture 
·         UX Development 
·         HTML5, CSS, JavaScript 
·         Javascript Frameworks – jQuery, ExtJS 
·         Code Editor – Dreamweaver 
·         Annotated Wireframes – Axure, Visio 
·         Visual Compositions – Photoshop 
·         Navigational Models 
·          Excellent analytical ability, strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. 
·          College degree in computer science/related fields or equivalent. 
·          Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as organizational skills 
·          Ability to manage multiple high priority environments/projects simultaneously.  ,
