Compensation Overview

Job Title: Case Manager - All training can be provided with a 6 month onboarding program 
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 36.25 hours per week working shifts between 8am-7pm
Salary: £24,500 and up to 20% bonus and company benefits
Location: Blackpool office

The main purpose of the role is to accurately review/input 2nd charge mortgage application whilst considering the overall lend and efficiently managing an active pipeline, communicating with both customers and brokers verbally and via email. All training can be provided with a 6 month onboarding program.

It would be great, but not essential if you have:

• Knowledge of 2^nd charge lending
• Good understanding of the regulations which we work within
