  • Help create a world-class IT program from the ground up
  • Work with the IT team to build out and refine our zero-touch endpoint deployment strategy
  • Define internal support SLAs
  • Implement security policies across Okta, Slack, Google Workspace, Google Cloud and other third-party vendors to keep our patients' data safe
