Requirements
  • Must have a Bachelor's degree AND 8+ years of related experience that includes a background in Supply Chain Management, OR a Master’s degree AND 6+ years of experience that includes a background in Supply Chain Management (Preferred – A&D industry experience)
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to be flexible, innovative, and work with speed and agility to drive tasks to completion
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Government issued Secret clearance; US citizenship is required
  • Experience using MS Office suite and various MRP/ERP systems (Preferred - Deltek Costpoint)
  • Must be able to travel as required (up to 5% of the time)
  • Experience in bidding to different contract types (FFP, CPFF, CPIF, T&M)
  • Working Knowledge of FAR, DFARs and other Government procurement regulations as they pertain to bid/costing proposals
  • Experience in creating priced proposal BOMs, supply chain labor BOEs, and risks/opportunities
  • Experience in proposal analysis and negotiation of major subcontracts
  • An active DOD secret clearance
Responsibilities
  • Coordinates SCM cost volume activities; compiles subcontract cost, schedule, and technical elements in the development of proposals in accordance with request for proposal (RFP) specifications
  • Reviews and understands the statement of work and bill of materials
  • Develops necessary subcontractor solicitation requirements and instructions and supports proposal evaluation
  • Submits requests for sector GSC price estimating support
  • Responsible for creating Supply Chain Management labor/material BOEs
  • Identifies proposal risks and opportunities as they pertain to material requirements
  • Supports pricing reviews with management and customer representatives
  • Provides the linkage(s) between customer, subcontractor, program management, and internal support functions
  • Responsible for responding to material-relevant customer Requests for Information (RFIs) and coordinating and reviewing subcontractor RFI responses for completeness
