Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry and/or digital marketing for financial services
  • Full understanding of insurance P&C industry, particularly on the personal lines (auto, home, renters, pet insurance, etc.)
  • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • Ability to travel to headquarters in Fort Mill, SC at a minimum of once per month, including overnight travel (in office for 1-3 days at a time)
Responsibilities
  • Shape the long-term strategy vision of the entire Red Ventures insurance business
  • You’ll make decisions that affect all critical aspects of your business from sales operations, marketing, financial management, partnerships or even the launch of a new business
  • Align with our strategic carrier partners, leveraging your industry expertise, to create a more seamless consumer user journey
  • Own daily operational responsibilities units including full P&L management
  • Develop and lead a team of various insurance professionals across product, growth marketing, engineering, creative, and our in-house independent insurance agency
  • Lead conversations with internal and external partner relationships to grow overall insurance vertical at Red Ventures
  • Monitor performance to ensure critical business metrics are consistently met or exceeded
  • Demonstrated success leading high-performance digital teams in a hyper-growth environment.
  • Provide direction and supporting data to improve digital flows on-site
  • Desire to work hands-on in a performance based, analytically driven, fast-paced environment, while also working, collaborating, and providing strategic directions across various technical and creative teams.
