  • Prepare, maintain, and support of all aspects of our platform & infrastructure (e.g., vision for a comprehensive feature roadmap based on data and customer needs, detailed product specification documentation, quality, scalability, security/compliance, cost efficiency, ease of use)
  • Work directly with engineering teams to specify features/improvements/bugs, plan and prioritize work, communicate progress to leadership, and support accountability on feature and OKR delivery
  • Lead cross-functional teams across engineering and commercial to ensure success of your product
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the full Retain product suite to clearly communicate technical capabilities and business impact
  • Support pre and post-sales activities to ensure clear communication of platform capabilities, benefits, and scalability/reliability
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure our customers maximize value from the product
  • Potential for Regular travel (20%)
