  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Basic employee relations experience is required.
  • Prior experience delivering high-quality customer service and ensuring client satisfaction and retention is required.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills are required to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
  • A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a good driving record are required.
  • The candidate must be comfortable working outdoors and walking the distance of a property.
  • The candidate must pass a pre-employment criminal background check and have a clean driving history.
Responsibilities
  • Collect trash and recyclables from residents' doorsteps throughout assigned communities, including upper-level units requiring stairs.
  • Use a leak-proof tote to transport waste to a pickup truck and then to the designated compactor or disposal site.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at the compactor or dumpster area before completing the shift.
  • Log nightly service documentation into the company's proprietary system.
  • Work collaboratively with Operations Management as required to complete service.
  • Service several properties per shift, individually or as part of a team.
  • Address service gaps and assist with emergencies as needed.
  • Work outdoors, walk long distances on properties, lift up to 50 pounds, bend, climb stairs, and drive for extended periods.
  • Travel outside the primary location as needed.
  • Work five days per week, Sunday through Thursday, with two weekends on call per month and shifts averaging six to eight hours per night.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
