Requirements
  • BCaBA certification is required for the role.
  • Provide in-home, in-person ABA therapy in clients’ natural environments.
  • Work under the supervision of a BCBA.
  • Use assent-based, child-centered care practices.
  • Be willing to work the 12:00 PM–8:00 PM Monday through Friday schedule to receive the schedule premium, if selected.
Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.
  • Train and mentor Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to ensure program fidelity.
  • Assist with developing and modifying individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • Collect and analyze client data and collaborate with BCBAs to make data-driven treatment decisions.
  • Engage families in therapy through regular communication and parent training sessions.
  • Ensure therapy aligns with Centria’s assent-based, child-centered philosophy.
  • Deliver intensive ABA therapy in clients’ natural environments.
  • Focus on client-centered care and drive meaningful progress.
Desired Qualifications
  • Pursuing the BCBA credential.
  • Interest in structured supervision and guidance toward BCBA credentialing.
  • Participation in continuing education and professional development opportunities.
