Requirements
  • 4–7 years in a technical, customer-facing role or equivalent at a developer-tools or application programming interface company.
  • Commercial ownership through a renewal quota, expansion target, or net revenue retention goal.
  • Technical credibility with engineering buyers, including the ability to discuss application programming interfaces, webhooks, and data pipelines independently.
  • A specific example of saving an account before it was flagged as at risk.
  • Experience driving adoption inside complex organizations by navigating the gap between the buyer who signed and the team that deploys.
  • Experience working at a startup with fewer than 50 people.
  • At least 2 years of tenure at one company rather than a series of short stints.
  • Strong judgment and adaptability, with comfort building without an existing playbook.
Responsibilities
  • Report to the Vice President of Sales and own a portfolio of 10–15 strategic accounts that are high annual contract value, underdeployed, or competitively exposed.
  • Drive Salesforce, HubSpot, and Fireflies to full deployment by navigating internal politics, unblocking engineering teams, and getting the integration shipped.
  • Build a 90-day churn early-warning system from scratch and own its signals, cadences, and process.
  • Stay close enough to accounts to identify competitive threats before they become decisions.
  • Turn top-account usage patterns into a replicable playbook for other strategic accounts.
  • Cross-sell new features and products as a natural extension of the customer relationship.
  • Partner with account executives on account handoffs and build the knowledge-transfer process that makes them effective.
  • Identify patterns across accounts and feed them back into messaging, product, and sales strategy.

Recall.ai provides a single API that connects to multiple online meeting platforms (such as Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams) to access real-time meeting data. Its main service helps businesses build and run meeting bots—automated tools that perform tasks during live meetings—by offering easy access to real-time, raw video and audio streams. The API can tap into streams even from platforms that don’t expose APIs, giving developers flexibility to choose how they stream or record meetings. The system is designed to scale, capable of handling thousands of containers per day to meet peak meeting loads. What sets Recall.ai apart is its focus on delivering real-time data from diverse platforms through one API, enabling developers to build customized meeting-bot and automation workflows without juggling multiple integrations. The company aims to help businesses save development time and effectively leverage live meeting data to automate tasks and workflows in a remote-work world.
