Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as HR business partner or generalist in a high-growth company
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field or equivalent years of experience
- Strong knowledge of best practices across the HR function with a proven track record of innovation in people practices, culture, and team effectiveness
- Experience with people data analytics; ability to tell stories with data
- Experience advising executive leadership on employee matters
- Experience building and scaling people processes in a fast moving, high-growth environment
- Demonstrated passion for delivering an exceptional employee experience
Responsibilities
- Manage and improve core People processes across the employee experience such as compensation planning, performance management, onboarding / offboarding, and employee engagement
- Consult with leaders and managers to provide fair and consistent advice on HR programs, policies, and benefits
- Partner on change management challenges and complex employee matters, including driving investigations
- Maintain our current HRIS, and support the development and implementation of our HR technology roadmap
- Partner with our Legal team to support rollout of compliance programs
