Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience as HR business partner or generalist in a high-growth company
  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field or equivalent years of experience

Responsibilities
  • Manage and improve core People processes across the employee experience such as compensation planning, performance management, onboarding / offboarding, and employee engagement
  • Consult with leaders and managers to provide fair and consistent advice on HR programs, policies, and benefits
  • Partner on change management challenges and complex employee matters, including driving investigations
  • Maintain our current HRIS, and support the development and implementation of our HR technology roadmap
  • Partner with our Legal team to support rollout of compliance programs
