  • Proven experience in home care, home health, or staffing operations; other relevant operational experience may also be considered.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, and recruitment software.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to a team of 5-7 HHA recruiters, fostering a positive team environment that encourages collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Provide regular coaching and feedback to team members, conduct performance evaluations and address performance issues when necessary.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the recruitment team, ensuring that screening, interviews, and orientations are conducted efficiently by recruiters in compliance with organizational guidelines.
  • Track and ensure the team meets recruitment Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), reporting progress to leadership.
  • Identify areas for process improvement within recruitment and onboarding practices; recommend and implement changes to enhance team efficiency and recruitment outcomes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment sources, such as schools, job fairs, community events, and referral networks, to create a pipeline of qualified candidates for the agency.
  • Collaborate with Compliance, the LHCSA Administrator, and other external partners to ensure a seamless recruitment process that meets staffing needs.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, regulatory compliance, and best practices for recruitment within the home care sector.
  • Ability to document processes, workflows and create a standard practice knowledge base.
