Associate - Client Service Management

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Service Management to join our Pershing X team. 

• Acts as day-to-day point of contact for assigned group of Institutional Broker Dealers (IBD’s) and/or Registered Investment Advisor (RIA’s).
• Support clients by addressing and resolving complex operational and technical issues.
• Ensure satisfaction and swift response to client needs, and efficient problem resolution.
• Proactively consults with clients on best practices and solutions,
• Tracks and reports client trends by keeping abreast of assigned client activity occurring throughout the firm.
• Liaises with relevant internal operational contacts to coordinate service to the client.
• Gains understanding of the business environment of assigned clients, industry trends and competitor services/offerings.
• Escalates relevant issues to senior team members or management.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:  

High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Bachelors degree preferred.5-7 years of total work experience preferred. Experience in financial services preferred.
