The Role

Intern must be available to work full time (40 hours/week) during the 10-week program

Program Dates: May 29 – August 7, 2026.

Location: This position is fully remote / work from home in the continental US. 

Work Authorization: US Work Authorization required for this role.

Program eligibility is contingent on the candidate’s commitment to the entire 10-week program. No exceptions will be made.

The Main Responsibilities

Our 2026 summer intern will be embedded within the Email Team, where they’ll gain hands-on experience with platforms like Marketo, Knak, Seismic, and Conversica to support nurture campaign creation, A/B testing, and performance reporting. They’ll collaborate across Shared Services, attend team meetings and vendor calls, and contribute to cross-functional projects with SEO and Campaigns teams. To build visibility and professional development, the intern will lead a training session, introduce a new process or tool, and deliver a final presentation—ensuring a well-rounded, impactful experience that aligns with our marketing transformation goals.

What We Look For in a Candidate

Required qualifications

• Enrolled at a 4-year accredited college or university, rising senior level education status at the start of the internship.
• Graduating August 2026 – May 2028
• Preferred fields include but not limited to: Marketing, Communications, English or related field

Proficiency and understanding of:

• Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Marketo, Knak, Seismic, and Conversica is a plus.
• Basic understanding of CRM systems, audience segmentation, and nurture campaign workflows.
• Exposure to digital marketing concepts including A/B testing, campaign performance metrics, and lead engagement strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Curiosity and initiative to learn new tools and contribute to cross-functional projects.

Compensation

Internship compensation ranges depend on each individual’s level of education, geographic location, and experience/qualifications aligned to the role.

Hourly Based Pay Range:
Min: $ 26/hour
Max:  $ 38/hour
