Responsibilities
  • End-to-end product design: user research, ideation, prototyping, high fidelity mocking, and hand-off / iteration.
  • Gathering input from and collaborate with all functions in the organization to ensure we are building the right products, from PMs to engineers to sales to customer success.
  • Establishing design culture and best practices from the ground up.
  • Talking with users during all phases of the product development life cycle - from early user research in the ideation phase to feedback conversations after projects have been launched.
  • Iteratively improving our product’s usability and delightfulness.
  • Shipping valuable and high-quality work without sacrificing speed.
