  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-8 years of experience in a related cash and trade operations management role
  • Experience in Transaction Banking products and handling regulatory / compliance matters
  • Proven experience in creating and implementing processes that result in improved business performance
  • Effective verbal and written communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure transactions are processed accurately and on time in coordination with the Transaction Services team
  • Manage a Cash and Trade Operations team
  • Ensure a robust risk and control framework
  • Perform proactive reviews to prevent processing issues
  • Work with TTS Product and Client Service Teams to ensure client escalations are addressed timely
  • Represent TTS Sanctions Operations on critical sanctions matters
  • Collaborate with internal functions to address compliance issues
  • Manage multiple teams including remote teams
  • Manage static data screening process in APAC
  • Continuously review processes and drive standardization and operational efficiency
  • Operate in a fast-paced environment that requires management of work queues
  • Manage staff performance and drive continuous improvement of quality of processes and productivity
  • Oversee quality reviews and results, budget, policy formulation, and planning
  • Lead and drive employee engagement and career development of teams
  • Review service quality, production systems, and client reporting
  • Analyze complex and variable issues to resolve issues
  • Recommend quality reviews of cash management services
  • Manage performance, identify areas of development/training
  • Contribute to planning, budget management and formulation of procedures
  • Serve as backup to the Cash and Trade Operations Senior Manager
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made.
