Requirements
  • 10-12 months of SDR/BDR experience in the software industry
  • Experience working with mid-market to enterprise accounts
  • History of overachieving on daily, monthly & quarterly KPIs
  • Strong phone skills including ability to handle objections
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, 6sense a plus
  • High coachability with a strong willingness to learn
  • Passionate desire to continue moving up within a sales organization

Responsibilities
  • Create & manage your own pipeline of Opportunities within Enterprise Accounts
  • Close deals up to $25k
  • Run upsell & cross-sell campaigns with the goal of boosting IQC (In Quarter Close)
  • Conduct a high volume of daily activities Receive constant training and enablement on product knowledge and sales skills
