Spruce Multispecialty Group is looking for an experienced medical biller who has strong  communication skills and is willing to be a team player.  

All gaps in work history should be explained.

• Calculate and collect payments for medical procedures and services.  

• Update patient data. 

• Develop payment plans. 

• Prepare invoices and ensure that patients are billed quickly and accurately.  

• Interact with patients, health insurance carriers, and other health care providers.  

• Experience as a biller and know how to do charge entry and claim follow up.  

• Dependable and timely. 

• Produces quality work in a timely manner. 

• Shows initiative and participates as a team player. 

• Able to work projects independently. 

• Knowledge of CPT codes, ICD10 codes, and modifiers.

• Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. 

• Familiar with Greenway Intergy EHR system. 

• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
