Tenet's business model emphasizes high-quality care and operational efficiency, generating revenue mainly through patient services like hospital stays and surgeries. The company's goal is to provide the right care at the right time, aiming to be a leading organization for both patients and employees, while promoting workforce diversity and staff development.
