Responsibilities

  • Manage the HR information system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee data
  • Utilize data analytics to identify trends, generate insights, and make recommendations to enhance practices and philosophies
  • Stay abreast of HR laws and regulations, ensuring policies and procedures are compliant with local and national requirements
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks
  • Develop and optimize onboarding and offboarding processes to enhance the employee experience
  • Partner with Stakeholders in the Talent, Legal, Finance, IT Teams to ensure cohesive employee experience across the entire lifecycle
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve workflows, automations, and employee initiatives
  • Take part in making the remote workplace conducive to collaboration, fun, and connection
