Requirements
  • 8+ years software or SaaS experience with a focus on consultative solutions selling in a rapidly growing and fast-paced environment
  • At least 5 years experience in a Partner/Channel management role, ideally in ecommerce or related MarTech space
  • Keen understanding of a variety of eCommerce platforms including Adobe/Magento, CommerceTools, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and Shopify
  • Strong Business Development skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client/partner relationship skills
Responsibilities
  • Personally manage the relationship with existing BigCommerce key digital agencies and global systems integrators
  • Identify, engage and recruit new partners into the BigCommerce partner ecosystem
  • Partner with Sales to drive partner engagement
  • Lead and collaborate with the BigCommerce Marketing and Product teams to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies
  • Work with Partners to drive joint marketing initiatives
  • Work with the Partners to develop Partner success metrics
  • Act as a primary point of contact/product owner for solution and partnership
  • Partner with leadership in cultivating an environment of teamwork, openness, creativity, and continuous improvement
