  • A tactical hustler with a knack for punchy copy & a scientific approach to creative development
  • 1-3 years of experience crafting marketing copy (Google Suite, project management platforms)
  • You have a keen eye for empirical strategy, and can help create A/B tests and clean, measurable hypotheses behind the copy you write

Responsibilities
  • Write ad copy seen by millions of people
  • Concept, craft, & iterate upon messaging for video ads, SEO/SEM, static, & product copy
  • Design & deploy A/B copy tests based on audience insights
  • Work to understand test results and incorporate learnings into future iterations
  • Ensure brand voice consistency across your projects
  • Provide excellent, thoughtful insight and feedback
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions across many projects, not only your own
  • Become an expert in crafting clean, testable, & measurable copy across multiple user acquisition channels, from paid social to TV
Desired Qualifications
  • Video Production: A basic understanding of lighting subjects, and mirrorless video capturing
  • Experience on a film set
  • Proficiency in After Effects or other motion design/GFX/animation platforms
  • Davinci Resolve and/or Lumetri Color
  • Final Sound Mixing & Mastering Abilities
  • Post Sound Design: music, foley, sfx
  • Experience on an in-house creative team
  • Prior experience in other marketing roles including: junior copywriter, content writer, content manager, screenwriter, social media marketing, creative project manager
