Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree.
  • A minimum of 6 years of professional experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Health Care Compliance or a related compliance function, including regulatory, quality, or finance.
  • The ability to prioritize competing demands and implement system or process improvements.
  • Demonstrated experience identifying multiple and varied data sources and consolidating them into meaningful quantitative analyses or reports.
  • Demonstrated experience with database and reporting tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate transparency reporting activities across assigned business units and systems to ensure accurate, complete, and timely external disclosures.
  • Partner with stakeholders to prepare, validate, reconcile, and submit transparency disclosures in accordance with applicable federal and state requirements.
  • Develop and maintain reporting methodologies, control frameworks, risk assessments, audit readiness activities, and remediation plans to support governance processes.
  • Monitor and assess emerging transparency regulations, industry codes, and disclosure requirements, and translate regulatory changes into actionable reporting and process requirements.
  • Collaborate with Health Care Compliance teams, Legal, Finance, Business Technology, and regional or country stakeholders to align reporting requirements, risk mitigation strategies, and process improvements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote best practices across transparency reporting processes.
  • Lead the identification, design, and implementation of process, system, and reporting enhancements.
  • Partner with technology teams and business stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into scalable digital and automated solutions.
  • Lead testing, change management, and deployment activities to ensure quality, consistency, and adoption of reporting capabilities.
  • Use automation, analytics, and artificial-intelligence-enabled solutions to improve data quality, reporting accuracy, operational efficiency, and user experience.
  • Develop reporting analytics and visualizations to identify reporting risks, trends, compliance insights, and opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Translate complex transparency reporting data into actionable insights and recommendations for business and compliance stakeholders.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance process documentation, reporting methodologies, work instructions, and knowledge repositories.
  • Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and educational materials on transparency reporting requirements, tools, and processes.
  • Maintain training materials and communication resources on current reporting requirements, methodologies, and system functionality.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Health Care Compliance Risk Management Solutions management.
Desired Qualifications
  • Professional certification in Compliance, Risk Management, Data Analytics, Project Management, Process Excellence, or related disciplines, such as CCEP-I, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
  • Experience with transparency disclosures, such as EFPIA, MedTech Europe, CMS Open Payments Reporting, state reporting, or other local requirements.
  • Experience designing or implementing new systems and tools.
  • Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders.
  • Experience using analytics, visualization, and automation tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, SQL, Power Platform, SharePoint, or similar technologies.
