Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or similar analytical subject area

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain forecasting models to inform clinical hiring decisions
  • Condense clinical data into digestible overviews and insights for various stakeholders
  • Monitor clinical data and devise data-driven strategies to optimize our care in the context of Charlie Health’s goals
  • Create and implement operational process improvements to drive increased efficiency, satisfaction, and outcomes for both our clients and care team
  • Identify and operationalize new technologies that enhance the clinical delivery process
  • Support cross-functional projects driving important goals of the business, coordinating internal team members and resources
