Requirements
  • Must be currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Organization Development/Behavior, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Education, or a related field, and have an anticipated graduation date between Winter 2025 and Spring 2026
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel: Capable of creating and maintaining spreadsheets, organizing data, performing calculations, and generating reports as needed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint with expertise in designing visually appealing and impactful presentations
  • Deadline-driven with the ability to manage multiple projects, make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure
  • Excellent prioritization and organization skills with the ability to manage changing priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to a changing business environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to effectively deal with the employees in a professional manner and maintain confidentiality
  • This is a hybrid role with the expectation to be in the Santa Clara office 3 days a week.
Responsibilities
  • supporting the Learning and Development organization, including both operational tasks and developing learning content and materials for soft skills, team development, mentoring, and other interventions.
  • work closely with our team to track various development offerings and develop all types of materials to share with employees and managers.
  • Design and create survey using SurveyMonkey, Microsoft Forms or other survey tools.
  • Analyze survey data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare detailed reports to summarize findings and recommendations. Generate and analyze reports from various platform (Cornerstone and Udemy) to track participation, completion rates, and overall program effectiveness.
  • Create engaging content for newsletters, emails, and Slack channels to highlight and promote training programs.
  • Design promotional materials such as posters, infographics, banners for upcoming trainings using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Lucidchart or other design tools.
  • Manage logistics for training events, including scheduling, venue setup, and participant registration.
  • Maintain training calendar and regularly update training information.
  • Coordinate and produce virtual training sessions and provide technical support for speakers and audiences.
  • Edit training recordings using Camtasia or other video editing tools.
  • Maintain and update the learning management system (Cornerstone) with new courses, user information, and training records.
  • Maintain the Global Tech Training SharePoint site and update training information regularly.
  • Maintain Udemy learning platform, create learning paths, and curate tailored training solutions for different groups.
  • Maintain Global Tech Training Slack channel, manage users, and post content regularly.
  • Provide technical support to employees accessing Cornerstone, SharePoint and Udemy, troubleshooting issues to ensure a smooth user experience.
