Business Underwriters Associates (BUA), through a partnership with Concourse Financial Distributors, is looking to hire!
The Internal Wholesaler will drive business development within a multi-carrier distribution channel, supporting the region’s Regional Vice President (RVP). This dynamic role involves building and strengthening relationships with Edward Jones Financial Advisors and their branch office teams by proactively identifying sales opportunities, executing marketing activities, providing product information, and maintaining records of all interactions and sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit Edward Jones teams to establish new partnerships, building strong relationships through virtual meetings in assigned regions.
- Provide product and insurance sales concept training to enhance the sales capabilities of partner branch teams.
- Prepare and deliver product illustrations and presentations.
- Highlight product features to showcase how they address customer needs.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
- Experience in insurance, wealth management, or financial services.
- FINRA Series 6, 63, and Life & Health Insurance License.
Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, sales concepts, and industry regulations.
- Ability to multitask with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Disclosure required under applicable state or municipality regulations: The expected salary range for this position is $60,000 to $65,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
