The Generative AI Content Manager is responsible for managing the content used to train generative AI models, ensuring that it remains current with product updates and aligns with business needs. This role involves continuously improving AI models by monitoring results, analyzing trends, and implementing feedback. The ideal candidate will have some background in machine learning, natural language processing, and content management.

Your Role:

Train and fine-tune generative AI models to enhance their understanding and performance based on our products and services.
Manage and curate the content used to train generative AI models, ensuring it is up-to-date with product updates and business requirements.
Monitor the performance of AI models, analyzing results and trends to identify areas for improvement. Conduct thorough testing and evaluation of GPT responses to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the AI models align with business goals and customer needs.
Work with subject matter experts across the organization to capture and integrate knowledge into the AI model training process.
Generate insights from model outputs to support decision-making processes and improve business outcomes.

Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree - Computer Science, Data Science, or related field preferred
2+ years of corporate experience in a B2B SAAS technology company
Experience in training generative AI models preferred.
General understanding of natural language processing and generative models.
Excellent analytical skills required.
Attention to detail and time management skills required.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
