Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required
  • Minimum of 1 - 2 years' experience in an administrative support position or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Customer-service and detail oriented with high level of written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of analytical and problem-solving skills as well as strong work ethic, punctuality & attendance
  • Demonstrated ability to assimilate information and learn new applications and processes
  • Speed and accuracy are critical components of the position, as is successfully multi-tasking
  • Must have a valid driver's license and clean DMV record
Responsibilities
  • Supports daily administrative needs, including but not limited to:
  • Prepares and composes correspondence, forms and reports
  • Provides schedule and technical documentation updates for projects
  • Assists in the preparation of Consulting Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Staffing Reqs, etc
  • Works jointly with project leads to ensure proper information and documentation transfer throughout the life of a project
  • Schedules calendars and handles travel and logistical issues for team members
  • Schedules and coordinates meetings and meeting logistics
  • Supports IT administrative needs and maintain computer inventory
  • Supports shipping & receiving administrative needs
  • Receptionist duties may be required
  • Other duties as assigned
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related discipline preferred
  • Follows established procedures on routine work, may require instructions on new assignments
  • Demonstrates ability to work on assignments that are semi-routine in nature, but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice
  • Teamwork, collaboration and putting the success of the team above one's own interests is essential
  • Demonstrates strong time management, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, where small teams share a broad variety of duties
  • Displays strong initiative and drive to accomplish goals and meet company objectives
  • Takes ownership and responsibility for current and past work products
  • Is committed to learning from mistakes and driven to improve and enhance performance of oneself, others, and the company
