Requirements
  • Requires nine months of coursework or training beyond high school in Business Administration and three years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and expertise.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and review unit operations, ensure smooth workflow, and ensure that work products meet professional standards.
  • Serve as an informational resource to staff and investigate and resolve problems or difficulties related to the area of expertise.
  • Assist University staff, faculty, and students by answering inquiries and providing information.
  • Oversee staff, assist in enforcing policies and procedures, establish schedules, and review performance.
  • Gather and analyze statistical information regarding the department's programs and activities and produce reports.
  • Assist with financial and budgetary tasks, including preparing and monitoring budgets, preparing fiscal reports, processing payments, and maintaining inventory of supplies.
