Supervisor Logistics

Join Millennium Print Group as a Supervisor, Fulfillment!
We’re looking for a Supervisor, Fulfillment to join our team in Raleigh, NC. If you’re passionate about warehouse leadership, operational efficiency, and team development, this is your chance to lead a high-performing fulfillment team supporting products loved around the world.

Location: Raleigh, NC
Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite
Pay & Benefits: Competitive salary + bonus eligibility + full benefits package

What You'll Do:

Lead and mentor fulfillment team members, providing guidance and coaching to ensure a productive work environment.
Oversee daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
Monitor and achieve key performance metrics for quality, cost, and on-time delivery.
Partner with management to resolve operational issues and implement process improvements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and ISO/QMS standards.
Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, time tracking, and performance evaluations.

What You'll Bring:

High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
4+ years in fulfillment, warehouse, or distribution operations; supervisory experience preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management systems (MIS).
Knowledge of ISO, OSHA, or 5S continuous improvement methodologies a plus.
