Responsibilities
  • Champion Product DNA in a way that engages and excites the end-user community.
  • Act as the 'Voice of the Customer', a change champion that advocates for users who will work in the new PLM to ensure maintained focus on preparing the organization and users to adopt the new system at Go Live and beyond.
  • Prepare material for and participate in key Program meetings, P-DNA workshops and work sessions that support upcoming deployment routines and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with the senior PDNA OCM program Lead and other program OCM resources to develop, refine and execute the global and local change and communication strategies and plans.
  • Author, deploy, and maintain program and Wave communication deliverables across defined channels to enable OUs/Sites/Functions to drive deployment-focused change readiness and promotion.
  • Identify and document change impacts between current and future state design and function, complete gap analysis to develop messages, presentations, tools and resources to drive leadership alignment, user awareness, and adoption of new ways of working and thinking.
  • Partner with the Sr. Program Lead (OCM) to measure deployment readiness: Adapt Program readiness criteria to identify deployment-focused criteria to lead and execute readiness checkpoints (facilitation, documentation, readiness issue escalation, and adapt change activities as appropriate).
  • Liaison with stakeholders to answer implementation readiness questions, including but not limited to local procedures redlines, training development, and role mapping activities.
Desired Qualifications
  • Strongly Preferred: Previous Medtronic experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, business, or related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in change management roles
  • Prosci certification
  • Proficient application of change management methodologies, techniques, and tools
  • Effective planning and organization skills including the proven ability to work against multiple objectives and on multiple swim lanes simultaneously.
  • Experience in global technology and process transformation programs, including execution of processes, projects, and tactics in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and issue-resolution skills across multiple levels of the organization.
  • Creative problem-solver and collaborative team player
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship, and team-building skills
  • Motivated and self-directed with a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Experience developing strong written and visual communication tools and resources to drive change awareness and adoption.
  • Strong technology skills and experience working in SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint; proficiency with Office Timeline Pro and PowerBI is a plus.
