Senior Product Manager

We are hiring for one of our ecosystem projects - a cryptocurrency exchange.

They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product initiatives from conception to execution. In this role, you’ll collaborate with design, frontend, and backend teams to deliver top-tier features, defining product specifications, conducting user studies, and iterating based on feedback while supporting QA testing. You’ll engage directly with customers to understand their needs and build empathy, leveraging market research to inform decisions. Prioritizing projects with smart trade-offs, you’ll develop and manage the team’s roadmap, milestones, and dependencies, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. As the team’s representative, you’ll drive cross-functional communication to keep initiatives on track. This position offers an opportunity to shape impactful, customer-facing products in a dynamic environment where your ability to balance priorities and collaborate across teams will be key to success.

In this role, you will:

• Work with design, frontend, and backend teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Define features, write specs, conduct user studies, iterate based on feedback, and support QA testing.
• Interact with customers to understand their needs and build empathy.
• Perform market research to guide decisions.
• Prioritize projects, balancing trade-offs effectively.
• Develop and manage the team's roadmap, milestones, and dependencies, aligned with strategic goals.
• Represent the team in cross-functional communications.
