Requirements
  • 4+ years of direct Product Management experience, ideally in SaaS products.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • A proven track record of impactful product management and achievement of significant product metrics.
  • Ability to ship and iterate products quickly.
  • Comfort in unstructured and resource-constrained environments.
  • Demonstrated capability in managing complex technology projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on practical business applications.
  • Experience with SQL
  • Strong QA skills
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies and roadmaps in collaboration with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations and Sales.
  • Technical understanding with the ability to understand and translate complex technical features and challenges into user-friendly solutions parting across engineering and operations.
  • Triaging competing priorities, while providing direction to the engineering pod and managing stakeholder expectations effectively.
  • Working with the operational team to hit set metrics and OKRs to ensure the RCM business is stable.
  • Set up robust QA and Testing Processes to ensure the pulled data is accurate and sets us up to maximize revenue for our clients.
  • Create world-class dashboarding and reporting tools to provide providers with unparalleled insights into their practice.
