Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple user experience projects using sound project management tools and methodologies
  • Support large-scale technology adoption or transition efforts
  • Secure content from vendors, engineering, and other parties as needed for course development
  • Review, edit and re-design existing curriculum as needed
  • Design, pilot and launch new curriculum as needed
  • Document business processes & product use cases
  • Create on-demand video resources and quick reference guides
  • Lead scheduled training, office hours and ad-hoc training
  • Proactively seek new ways to manage train the trainer roll outs, and conduct program effectiveness reviews
  • Work with subject matter experts to proactively partner to obtain and validate courseware content
  • Effectively implement training solutions
  • Establish relationships with various stakeholders to ensure timely response to training needs
  • Work with members of the system implementation team to meet design goals efficiently, effectively, and within the specified time frame and budget while exceeding stakeholders' expectations
  • Offer performance consulting solutions and strategies
  • Manage vendor relationships for long-term partnership
  • Proactively introduce new training tools and concepts into the training development process. This includes interactive video and audio.
