What you’ll do

We’re looking for seasoned and skilled technical leaders to help architect the future of robotics through best in class, modern software engineering practices. As an AI Backend Software Engineer, you’ll be brining cutting edge advancements in model architecture, data capture, and data infrastructure directly to the hands of customers.

Responsibilities

• Identify, scope, and drive high impact technical projects that drive user impact

• Synthesize and implement AI research into production ready infrastructure

• Drive quick experimentation based on recent research and reduce time between hypothesis and feedback

• Mentor and advise other engineers as well as peers on technical and personal advancement

• Drive technical decision making and implementation through hands-on and technically deep work

Who you are

💡 We do not require a background in robotics

We’re looking for engineers who are self driven, optimistic, creative, and resourceful. We have no requirements for a background in robotics, but find most success with engineers excited by the domain and looking to apply your expertise and experience in a new, fascinating area. For this role, we’re looking for someone who has experience with LLMs, foundation models, or transfer learning, whether through self-study, academia, or from your professional career.
