Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in product or market research.
  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or analytics.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS is valued.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct primary and secondary market research across industries, buyers, competitors, and emerging trends.
  • Develop actionable insights from customer interviews, analyst reports, competitive intelligence, win/loss data, and internal product usage.
  • Produce market, competitor, and buyer insight reports that influence product strategy, messaging, segmentation, and go-to-market decisions.
  • Identify emerging security, risk, compliance, and artificial intelligence trends relevant to enterprise customers.
  • Translate research findings into clear presentations, battlecards, briefs, and enablement content.
  • Support Product Marketing, Sales, and Executive teams with evidence-based recommendations.
  • Present insights to cross-functional stakeholders and help teams incorporate findings into planning and execution.
