PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:

• Direct the facilities operations and maintenance at each site including but not limited to: engineering, central plant, fire protection/life safety, security, telecommunications, conference center, cafeteria, 0&M, ground services, construction, renovations, and custodial Provide technical support to site operations.

• Interpret and implement maintenance policy and procedures

EXPERIENCE

• 8-10 years of experience supporting projects of similar size, scope, and complexity

• Significant focus on mechanical or electrical engineering

• Professional certification/registration.

• Knowledge of process improvement models (e. g., LEAN/Six Sigma, ISO 9000) Experience providing high quality customer service

• Experience building and sustaining high performing integrated teams

• Experience in managing O&M, construction/renovation projects Experience planning and implementing large-scale capital improvement

• Experience/familiarity with Power Plant design/high voltage system operations

• Proficient knowledge and experience in the use of project management concepts to manage items including, but not limited to: project schedule, scope, cost, risk, and deliverables and related metrics

• Knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) concepts of operation, and electrical generation procedures

• Knowledge of US. Government exercise or crisis management communities and experience planning, coordinating and executing support to special events

• Familiarity with 24/7 operational environment

• US Citizenship Required

• Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility required
