PDT Partners, a quantitative investment manager, is looking for an outgoing, detail-, and process- oriented generalist to join our Talent & Culture team. Our ideal hire is someone well-rounded who can seamlessly handle the core HR role (on-boarding to off-boarding and everything in between), while also being empathetic, approachable, and pragmatic.
For this person, no task is too small or, over time, too large. Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, as are intelligent decision making, integrity, and discretion. Aside from the team’s primary functions, HR is constantly introducing new and innovative programs and perks to PDT employees – everything from management training and mentoring to creative benefits and events.
This is a hybrid position and will require the person to work from our New York City office at minimum 3 days a week.
Why join us? PDT Partners has a stellar 30+ year track record and a reputation for excellence. Our goal is to be the best quantitative investment manager in the world—measured by the quality of our products, not their size. PDT’s very high employee-retention rate speaks for itself. Our people are intellectually extraordinary, and our community is close-knit, down-to-earth, and diverse.
