Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of successful, extensive, and proven experience in business operations, project management, or cross-functional relationship management required (with 3+ at Cook Medical strongly preferred).
Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of operational processes for the AI/Innovation group, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain, execute, and follow up on operational activities in alignment with global and regional objectives, as set forth by Director, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
  • Ensure consistency in priorities, policies, compliance, processes, structure, and programs across the AI/Innovation group.
  • Within scope of responsibility, ensure all quality, regulatory, and compliance requirements are met.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders across business operations, HR, IT, and other functional groups to support and execute strategic initiatives.
  • Identify and manage relevant collaboration partners within divisions, functions, and operational units.
  • Lead and assist with managing complex cross-functional initiatives, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and resource allocation.
  • Drive operational efficiencies and process improvements through stakeholder engagement, and positive and productive project management contributions (including but not limited to partnership with PMO, OCM, CI, and more).
  • Act as a liaison between the AI/Innovation group and other departments, ensuring communication around operational priorities, project updates, and process changes.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders to achieve operational goals.
  • Model company standards and demonstrate positive, constructive behaviors that drive team cooperation and support organizational change.
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies, including the Employee Manual/Handbook, Code of Conduct, Electronic Information Policy, HIPAA regulations, Non-Competition and Confidentiality Agreement.
  • Participate in regular company meetings, reporting, and compliance activities as required.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned in accordance with Cook Medical standards and expectations.
  • Meet deadlines for administrative tasks such as expenses, training, reporting, and policy acknowledgements in a timely manner.

  • Demonstrated experience leading organizational change and driving operational efficiencies preferred.
